Growth of many sectors is propelling the Global Economy on a growth trajectory leading into the rise of many sectors with myriad skill requirements. Empowered by digitization, the global skill landscape is rapidly transforming. However, the end benefits of this growth have largely been confined to a certain section leading to disparities. Hence the need for, “all-encompassing cum inclusive growth” is stronger
than ever before. And, the only catalyst to create parity and actualize all inclusive growth is Skill Development for masses across domains. Very much, in lieu with the prevalent socio-economic needs and environment.
This National Conference aptly adopts the theme titled “Skill Development for Socio Economic Inclusion in 21st Century” with an aim to explore the role of Skill Training towards socio-economic inclusion. The Conference aims to unite the stakeholders and fraternity members for outcome centric discussion towards Skill Development for the overall growth of the country’s economy.
OBJECTIVES OF THE CONFERENCE
- To systematically analyze and understand the rapidly transforming skill requirements across business verticals connected with different sectors of economy
- To design holistic curriculum for skills acquisition leading towards sustainable employability of acquirer.
- To juxtapose & align skill training with macro goal of socio-economic inclusion
- To design strategies for overcoming barriers imposed by Socio Economic set up’s under which the businesses operate
- To develop all inclusive curriculum in a manner that creates level playing platform for all irrespective of Socio Economic backgrounds and conditions they may hail from.

GUIDELINES FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
Selection of papers for presentation and discussion will be based on the abstract submitted. The abstract of about 300 words must include the purpose, methodology, major findings of the research and the keywords. It should follow the guidelines given below:
- Length and reference: 300 words
- Font: Times New Roman
- Font Size: 12 points; 1.5 space
- Title Page: Title, Author(s), Affiliation(s), Contact Details
GUIDELINES FOR FULL PAPER SUBMISSION
- Length and reference: Maximum 2,000 words
- Spacing: 1.5, Font: Times New Roman
- Font Size: 12 Points, Margin of one inch all around
- Title page: The title page of manuscript must include the title of the theme, names of authors including the corresponding author, affiliations, keywords (maximum 5), phone numbers & email.
- References: APA formatting style. All tables, charts and graphs should be given with title.
