ICCR invites applications from eligible candidates for Empanelment of Teachers from Indian Nationals for deployment as Tamil Teacher on short-term contract basis at Indian Missions/Posts/Indian Cultural Centres abroad
Eligibility Criteria
- Nationality/ Citizenship: Indian National having experience in the domain or areas of work will be considered for empanelment
- Proofs to be submitted: Valid Pan/ Aadhaar Card/ Certificates
- Age Criteria: Age limit is 25 to 45 years as on closing date for receipt of application
- Apply on or before 17th October, 2024
Qualification
- Essential
- Post graduate in Tamil Literature and B.Ed./M. Ed. degree in Tamil Literature from recognised
University/Institution and have atleast 5 years experience as Tamil teacher in reputed Institute/
School. - Sound knowledge of Tamil and English languages.
- Knowledge of Computer operations.
- Adequate knowledge of Indian Philosophy, history, traditions of Indian Music, art and Culture to
deliver talks/ lectures at the Cultural Centre and other venues.
- Post graduate in Tamil Literature and B.Ed./M. Ed. degree in Tamil Literature from recognised
- Desirable:
- Knowledge of Hindi and Sanskrit language
- Knowledge of any foreign language
- Expertise in application of digital technology in teaching Tamil Language.
