Policy & Development Advisory Group (PDAG), is a social enterprise headquartered in New Delhi, working at the intersection of public policy advisory, research, and strategic communications. With the vision of driving a ‘data-driven, people-centric public policy framework in India’, PDAG has undertaken several meaningful at-scale partnerships with policymakers and elected representatives, civil society organisations, academic researchers, and global digital platforms across our key practice areas – Migration, Sports for Social Impact, Social Protection, Gender, Governance, Climate Change, Digital Cultures, and Political Economy.
PDAG is looking to onboard a winter fellow. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-impact public policy and research work while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic an collaborative environment. We are looking for individuals passionate about critical themes related to climate change, climate-induced migration, gender, and both international and internal migration.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting policy briefs and collaterals for clients
- Conduct secondary research on relevant themes.
- Support the team in coordinating tasks and contributing to ongoing projects.
Requirements:
● Work experience: 1-2 years of experience
● Education requirements – A Master’s degree in Public Policy, Development Studies, Environmental Studies, or related fields.

- Strong research abilities and excellent writing and editing skills in English.
