
Carnegie India invites applications for a year-long Young Ambassadors Program to understand research-based policymaking. Based in New Delhi, it seeks a young ambassador for its Security Studies focus area from March 2025 to February 2026.
About the Programme

SPECIFICALLY FOR FUTURE LEADERS
- Observe, engage, and understand research-driven. policymaking
- Imbibe and nurture professional skills such as leadership, analytical acumen critical thinking, and writing
- Interact with stakeholders in the public policy domain
- Be mentored by and assist Carnegie India scholars. Also support verticals at Carnegie India including program, development & communication teams
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Applicant should be a recent graduate in any discipline with an interest in the field of security studies, geopolitics, international relations or foreign policy.
- This is an in-person program, and the successful candidate is expected to work full-time at the New Delhi office
- The selected applicant will be paid a fixed monthly stipend, along with a one-time relocation amount.
Note: Preference will be given to applicants from beyond metropoliton cities. Carnegie India wishes to open the public policy domain beyond major metropolitan cities in India, The most deserving applicants will be chosen, without regard to caste, race, color, religion, sex, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other protected group.
