
This will be a contract based role. Kannur (Kerala ) will be the base location with travel to Kasaragod and Wayanad.
About the Recruitment
Role Description:
KRA 1: Ensuring quality training with blended learning on Quest App and Career Connect labs or MPL (mobile phone library) at designated ITIs/NSTIs
- Work with assigned ITI/ ITIs and make young women employable by delivering Career Development Program (CDP), connecting them to employment opportunities and engaging with them post-placement.
- Ensure all the students are registered in to Quest App and complete the ES lessons digitally. All the students should complete baseline and end-line assessments.
- Utilize and maintain the existing career connect labs at the institute to support students’ digital skills development. ● Empower students through tailored behavior change strategies and career development initiatives, fostering informed decision-making and personal growth.
- Create students hubs where needed and coordinate the activities with existing student hubs.
KRA 2: Ensuring Placements of women learners at designated ITIs/NSTIs
- Conduct the below-mentioned activities at the ITIs/NSTIs
- Family engagement
- Job readiness training
- Employer connect activities & Placement drive
- Maintain a database of suitable employers, placed candidates and alumni in collaboration with ITI staff
- Ensure 60% of placement in your institution/s.
KRA 3: Relationship Management at designated ITIs/NSTIs.
- Build relationships with the Principals, Institute Staff and Placement Officers to facilitate the smooth implementation of the Program
- Build working relationships with employers based on the trades at your institution.
KRA 4: Reporting
- Ensure students data is updated in student reporting template
- Submit the activity report to the ITI/s within the first week of every month.
- Maintain a record to track the progress of activities at the Institute, looping your line manager
- Use the appropriate M&E tools for reporting your activities and tasks as per the organizational needs
- Ensure all the program report, including case studies, photographs reach the PoC at the stipulated time
- Documentation of institution/s, trainer, and student success stories
- Participate in and contribute to team meetings and periodic reviews
- Support for reporting requirements such as quarter reviews, annual reviews etc
KRA 5: Training of learners, trainers and principal and Content support as required.
- Co-facilitate trainings using QUEST Alliance’s blended learning curricula (which includes industry interfacing activities and project work)
- Voluntary activities for QA/ state team: Content review, preparation of training materials and session plans as and when needed.
KRA 6: Adherence to Systems and Processes
- Adhere to all the finance and HR policies of the organization
- Efforts to ensure respectful, open, honest, and professional working interaction
- Uphold the values of Quest Alliance and the ITI.
KRA 7: Investment in Self-Learning
- Identify the development needs and have the development goal for the year in place.
- Take ownership to track progress and for one’s own learning

Qualifications
- Graduate/ postgraduate degree in any discipline
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam
- Proficient in MS Office tools and Internet
- Training/ teaching experience (Desirable)
