About the Theme
Family system has always been the backbone of Indian society since times immemorial. With the advent of economic liberalizaiton and globalization Indians have witnessed several changes in the
family set-up. Keeping in view this shift, the Centre for Comparative Studies in Personal Laws is planning to come up with a publication on contemporary issues emerging in the Indian Family System and reflecting on the core concerns and ethical issues prevent in modern Indian society.
Research based papers/articles are invited from the academicians, practitioners and scholars from the field of law and related areas. Few related subjects are mentioned below which are mere indicative and broad. Specific research based articles may also be submitted for the publication.

The book shall be published with ISBN accepting quality research papers after peer reviewing process by experts in the field.
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
- The papers must be genuinely ORIGINAL. In case, any other author is quoted, citation is a must.
- Papers need to be restricted upto maximum 6000 words excluding footnote counts.
- A 4 size, 12 pt size, MS Word, Times New Roman font 1.5 line space.
Authors need to submit their papers in the following manner
- Title of the paper
- Author/Authors name, designation, institution
- Abstract (Not more than 200 words)
- Keywords
- Introduction.
- Body of the paper
- Conclusion
- References/Bibliography
