About the Recruitment

Qualifications: M. Tech/B. E./ B. Tech. in electronics engineering/ mechanical engineering, or related field.
Knowledge, skills and experience (desirable): Basics of semiconductor fabrication and a good understanding of semiconductor physics.
- Knowledge of Comsol/Ansys/Coventorware/Python/Matlab/LabView softwares.
- Command on design of basic electronic circuits such as amplifiers and filters.
Responsibilities:
- Fabrication of Microelectromechanical System (MEMS) devices
- Development of process flow for MEMS devices.
- Electrical/mechanical/material characterization of MEMS devices and systems.
