About the Quiz Competition

• First Prize Winner of the Quiz will receive a cash prize of ₹ 10,000/- (Ten Thousand Rupees only).
• There will be two (02) Second Prize Winners to receive a cash prize of ₹ 5,000/- each (Five Thousand Rupees each).
• Consolation Prize for the Next 10 Best Performers of ₹ 2,000/- (Two Thousand Rupees only) each.
• Additionally, a Consolation Prize to the Next 100 Best Performers of ₹ 1,000/- (One Thousand Rupees only) each

Terms and Conditions

1. The quiz is open to all Indian Citizens./ देश का कोई भी नागरिक क्विज़ में भाग ले सकता है।
2. Access to the quiz will be available only through the MyGov platform. / क्विज़ तक पहुंच केवल माईगव प्लेटफॉर्म के माध्यम से उपलब्ध होगी।
3. The quiz is in English, Hindi and other Regional Languages. / यह क्विज़ अंग्रेजी, हिंदी और अन्य क्षेत्रीय भाषाओं में उपलब्ध है।
4. The quiz will begin as soon as the participant clicks the “Start Quiz” button. / जैसे ही प्रतिभागी “क्विज़ शुरू करें” बटन पर क्लिक करेगा, क्विज़ शुरू हो जाएगी।
5. This is a time-based quiz with 10 questions which need to be answered in 5 minutes. / यह समय पर आधारित क्विज़ है जिसमें 10 सवाल पूछे जाते हैं, जिनके जवाब 5 मिनट में देने होते हैं ।
6. Each question in the Quiz is in the Multiple-Choice Format and has only one correct option. / क्विज़ में प्रत्येक प्रश्न बहुविकल्पीय फ़ॉर्मेट में होता है और उसका केवल एक सही विकल्प होता है।
7. There is no negative marking in the quiz. / क्विज़ में कोई नेगेटिव मार्किंग नहीं है।
8. Participants should not refresh the page while taking the quiz and should submit the page to register their entry. / प्रतिभागियों को क्विज़ खेलते समय पेज को रिफ्रेश नहीं करना चाहिए और अपनी एंट्री दर्ज करने के लिए पेज को सबमिट करना चाहिए ।
9. Participants will be required to give complete details for the registration form. By submitting their details and participating in the quiz, participants give consent to MyGov to use this information as required to facilitate the conduct of the quiz completion, which may include confirmation of participant details. / रजिस्ट्रेशन फ़ॉर्म के लिए प्रतिभागियों को अपनी पूरी जानकारी देनी होगी। अपनी जानकारी सबमिट करके और क्विज़ में भाग लेकर, प्रतिभागी क्विज़ के आयोजन को सुविधाजनक बनाने के लिए आवश्यकतानुसार इस जानकारी का उपयोग करने के लिए माईगव को अपनी सहमति देते हैं, जिसमें प्रतिभागियों की जानकारी की पुष्टि शामिल हो सकती है ।
10. Participants are allowed to play only once; multiple entries are not allowed. / प्रतिभागियों को क्विज को केवल एक बार खेलने की अनुमति है; एक से अधिक एंट्री की अनुमति नहीं है।
11. After successful completion, the participant can auto-download a digital participation certificate recognizing their participation. / क्विज़ को सफलतापूर्वक पूरा करने बाद, प्रतिभागी अपनी भागीदारी को मान्यता देते हुए एक डिजिटल भागीदारी प्रमाणपत्र को ऑटो-डाउनलोड कर सकते हैं।
12. The announced winners need to update their Bank Details for the disbursement of the prize money on their MyGov profile. The participant name on MyGov profile should match with the name on the Bank Account for prize money disbursement. / घोषित विजेताओं को अपनी माईगव प्रोफ़ाइल पर पुरस्कार राशि के डिस्बर्समेंट के लिए अपनी बैंक जानकारी अपडेट करनी होगी। पुरस्कार राशि के डिस्बर्समेंट के लिए माईगव प्रोफ़ाइल पर मौजूद प्रतिभागी का नाम बैंक खाते के नाम से मेल खाना चाहिए।
13. MyGov holds the right to disqualify the participation of any user for any misconduct or improprieties. / माईगव के पास किसी भी ग़लती या अशुद्धि के लिए किसी भी यूज़र की भागीदारी को अयोग्य ठहराने का अधिकार है ।
14. MyGov’s decision on the Quiz shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entertained regarding the same. / क्विज़ पर माईगव का निर्णय अंतिम और बाध्यकारी होगा और इस संबंध में किसी भी पत्राचार पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा।
15. MyGov employees and its associated agencies or employees directly or indirectly connected with the hosting of the quiz, are not eligible to participate in the quiz. This ineligibility also applies to their immediate family members. / माईगव के कर्मचारी और उससे जुड़ी एजेंसियां या कर्मचारी, जो सीधे या अप्रत्यक्ष रूप से क्विज़ की मेज़बानी से जुड़े हैं, क्विज़ में भाग लेने के लिए योग्य नहीं हैं। यह अयोग्यता उनके निकटतम परिवार के सदस्यों पर भी लागू होती है।
16. MyGov reserves the right to modify or discontinue the quiz at any time in the event of unforeseen circumstances. This includes the ability to change these terms and conditions for clarity and avoidance of doubt. / माईगव के पास किसी भी समय अप्रत्याशित स्थिति में क्विज़ में बदलाव करने या उसे बंद करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित है। इसमें स्पष्टता और संदेह से बचने के लिए इन नियम और शर्तों को बदलने की क्षमता शामिल है ।
17. All disputes/ legal complaints are subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi only. Expenses incurred for this purpose will be borne by the parties themselves. / सभी विवाद/कानूनी शिकायतें केवल दिल्ली के अधिकार क्षेत्र के अधीन हैं। इस उद्देश्य के लिए किए गए खर्चे पार्टियों द्वारा खुद वहन किए जाएंगे।
18. Organizers will not accept any responsibility for entries that are lost, are late or incomplete or have not been transmitted due to computer error or any other error beyond the organizer’s reasonable control. Please note proof of submission of the entry is not proof of receipt of the same. / आयोजक उन एंट्रीज़ के लिए कोई ज़िम्मेदारी स्वीकार नहीं करेंगे जो खो गई हैं, देर से सबमिट की है या अधूरी हैं या कंप्यूटर की खराबी या किसी अन्य त्रुटि के कारण ट्रांसमिट नहीं हुई हैं, जो आयोजक के उचित नियंत्रण के बाहर हैं। कृपया ध्यान दें कि ऐंट्री सबमिट करने का प्रमाण इसकी प्राप्ति का प्रमाण नहीं है।
19. By participating in the Quiz, the participants shall abide by all the terms and conditions of the quiz, including any amendments or further updates. / क्विज़ में भाग लेने से, प्रतिभागी क्विज़ के सभी नियमों और शर्तों का पालन करेंगे, जिसमें कोई भी संशोधन या आगे का अपडेट शामिल है।
20. The terms and conditions henceforth shall be governed by Indian laws and the judgments of the Indian judicial system. / अब से नियम और शर्तें भारतीय कानूनों और भारतीय न्यायिक प्रणाली के निर्णयों द्वारा शासित होंगी।
