Executive – Administrative and Social Media Management at Piramal Foundation

The Executive – Administrative and Social Media Management will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support and managing the social media presence of Piramal Foundation. This role requires a dynamic individual who can balance administrative duties with the creative and strategic demands of social media management

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support (50%)

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Manage and maintain shared repositories and central documents.
  • Execute contracts and bills from vendors and maintain records of it.
  • Organize and coordinate events, conferences, and other activities whenever required.
  • Assist in the preparation of regular reports and presentations for meetings.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth administrative operations,
  • including collecting data from the different teams.
  • Travel is required to get information from the ground.

Social Media Management (50%)

  • Implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Youtube etc.).
  • Post scheduled engaging content shared by our social media vendor (text, image, and video) that aligns with Piramal Foundation’s mission and values.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and queries promptly, maintaining a positive and consistent brand voice.
  • Analyze social media metrics and prepare regular reports on campaign performance and audience engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and promote cross- functional initiatives.
  • Identify and engage with other like minded organisations on social media platforms.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative role, with proven experience in social media management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas for social media content.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
