About the Quiz

‘MyGov’s New India Quiz’ is a quiz competition for Indian citizens on lesser-known achievements of glorious India. This quiz is designed to ignite the attention of Indian citizens towards collectively realising the Hon. PM Modi’s vision of Amrit Kaal in 2047.
It will be a year-long quiz series and will be organised monthly with 12 different themes.
This quiz will be broadly based on diverse themes like culture, heritage, handicrafts and cuisines, Aatmanirbharta, Mission LiFE, India’s G20 presidentship, etc. It will also focus on and highlight various government initiatives and programmes.
In January, the Quiz will be based on major themes demonstrating the power of resilient India, such as Bhartiya Pravasi Diwas, Beti Bachao Beti Padhao, Yuva Prakaram, Surya Namaskar, and others.
‘MyGov’s New India Quiz’ will cover questions from important schemes and initiatives that have strengthened our democracy.

Terms and Conditions
1. This quiz is a part of the ‘MyGov’s New India Quiz’ in which different quizzes on various themes will be launched / यह क्विज ‘माईगव न्यू इंडिया क्विज’ का हिस्सा है, जिसमें विभिन्न विषयों पर अलग-अलग क्विज लॉन्च किए जाएंगे।
2. This quiz will be launched on 13th January 2023 and will be live till 13th January 2024 / यह क्विज़ 13 जनवरी 2023 को लॉन्च किया जाएगा और 13 जनवरी 2024 तक लाइव रहेगा।
3. Entry to the Quiz is open to all Indian citizens. MyGov employees and their relatives are debarred from participating in this quiz / इस क्विज़ में सभी भारतीय नागरिक भाग ले सकते हैं। माईगव कर्मचारियों और उनके रिश्तेदारों को इस क्विज़ में भाग लेने से मनाही है।
4. This is a timed quiz with 10 questions to be answered in 300 seconds. This is a theme-based quiz. One person can participate in multiple quizzes / इस क्विज़ में 10 प्रश्नों के जवाब के लिए 300 सेकंड निर्धारित किए गए हैं। यह एक थीम आधारित क्विज है। एक व्यक्ति कई क्विज़ में भाग ले सकता है।
5. One participant will be eligible to win only once in a particular quiz. Multiple entries from the same entrant will not qualify them for multiple wins during the same quiz / एक प्रतिभागी किसी विशेष क्विज में केवल एक बार जीतने का पात्र होगा। एक ही प्रतिभागी से कई प्रविष्टियाँ उन्हें एक ही क्विज़ के दौरान कई जीत के योग्य नहीं बनाएगी।
6. You will be required to provide your name, email address, telephone number and postal address. By submitting your contact details, you will give consent to these details being used for the purpose of the Quiz and also for receiving promotional content / आपको अपना नाम, ईमेल पता, टेलीफोन नंबर और डाक पता प्रदान करना होगा। अपना संपर्क विवरण सबमिट करके, आप इनका क्विज़ के लिए उपयोग करने तथा प्रचार सामग्री प्राप्त करने के लिए भी सहमति देते हैं।
7. The questions will be randomly picked from the question bank through an automated process / प्रश्नों को एक स्वचालित प्रक्रिया के माध्यम से प्रश्न बैंक से रैंडम तरीके से चुना जाएगा।
8. Winners will be selected on the basis of highest number of correct answers given / विजेताओं का चयन सबसे अधिक संख्या में दिए गए सही उत्तरों के आधार पर किया जाएगा।
9. One cannot skip a tough-questions / कठिन प्रश्न कह कर क्विज कोई छोड़ नहीं सकता।
10. There will be no negative marking / गलत जवाब के लिए कोई निगेटिव मार्किंग नहीं की जाएगी।
11. The quiz will start as soon as the participant clicks the Start Quiz button / प्रतिभागी द्वारा ‘क्विज़ प्रारंभ करें’ बटन पर क्लिक करते ही क्विज़ शुरू हो जाएगा।
12. Once submitted an entry cannot be withdrawn / एक बार सबमिट करने के बाद प्रविष्टि को वापस नहीं लिया जा सकता है।
13. Participants will not be notified if their entries are not selected as winners / प्रतिभागियों को सूचित नहीं किया जाएगा यदि उनकी प्रविष्टियां विजेताओं के रूप में नहीं चुनी जाती हैं।
14. The winners will be notified via email or by posting their names on the MyGov blog page / विजेताओं को ईमेल के माध्यम से या MyGov ब्लॉग पेज पर उनके नाम पोस्ट करके सूचित किया जाएगा।
15. One participant will be eligible to win only once in a particular monthly quiz / एक प्रतिभागी किसी विशेष मासिक क्विज में केवल एक बार जीतने का पात्र होगा
16. The announced winners will be required to share their bank details for the disbursement of the prize money. The username should match with the name on the bank account for prize money disbursement / विजेताओं को पुरस्कार राशि के लिए अपने बैंक की डिटेल साझा करने की आवश्यकता होगी। पुरस्कार राशि वितरण के लिए यूजर का नाम बैंक खाते के नाम से मिलना चाहिए।
17. In case it’s detected that the participant has used unfair means to complete the quiz in unduly reasonable time, the entry may get rejected / यदि यह पता चलता है कि प्रतिभागी ने निर्धारित समय में क्विज को पूरा करने के लिए अनुचित साधनों का उपयोग किया है, तो प्रविष्टि को अस्वीकार कर दिया जाएगा।
18. MyGov will not accept any responsibility for entries that are lost, are late or incomplete or have not been transmitted due to computer error or any other error beyond the organizer’s reasonable control. Please note proof of submission of the entry is not proof of receipt of the same / खोई, अधूरी या कंप्यूटर त्रुटि या आयोजक के उचित नियंत्रण से परे किसी अन्य त्रुटि के कारण सबमिट नहीं होने वाली प्रविष्टि की आयोजक की कोई जिम्मेवारी नहीं लेता है। कृपया ध्यान दें कि प्रविष्टि प्रस्तुत करने का प्रमाण उसकी प्राप्ति का प्रमाण नहीं है।
19. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, MyGov reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Quiz at any time. For the avoidance of doubt this includes the right to amend these terms and conditions / अप्रत्याशित परिस्थितियों की स्थिति में MyGov किसी भी समय क्विज में संशोधन करने या वापस लेने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखता है। संदेह से बचने के लिए इसमें इन नियमों और शर्तों में संशोधन करने का अधिकार शामिल है।
20. The Participant shall abide by all the rules and regulations of participating in the Quiz from time to time / प्रतिभागी को समय-समय पर क्विज में भाग लेने के सभी नियमों और विनियमों का पालन करना होगा।
21. MyGov reserve all rights to disqualify or refuse participation to any participant if they deem participation or association of any participant which is detrimental to the Quiz or the MyGov. The registrations shall be void if the information received by MyGov is illegible, incomplete, damaged, false or erroneous / आयोजक किसी भी प्रतिभागी की भागीदारी को अयोग्य ठहराने या अस्वीकार करने के सभीअधिकार सुरक्षित रखते हैं। यदि किसी भी प्रतिभागी की भागीदारी या जुड़ाव को क्विज़ या आयोजक या क्विज़ के सहयोगियों के लिए हानिकारक माना जाता है। आयोजकों को दी गई जानकारी अयोग्य, अपूर्ण, क्षतिग्रस्त, झूठी या गलत होने पर प्रतियोगी का रजिस्ट्रेशन अमान्य माना जाएगा।
22. MyGov’s decision on the Quiz shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the same / क्विज पर माईगव का निर्णय अंतिम और बाध्यकारी होगा और इसके संबंध में कोई पत्राचार नहीं किया जाएगा।
23. By entering the Quiz, the Participant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, mentioned above / प्रतिभागी को समय-समय पर क्विज़ के लिए निर्धारित सभी नियमों और विनियमों का पालन करना होगा।
24. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Indian Judiciary / ये नियम और शर्तें भारतीय न्यायपालिका के क्षेत्राधिकार के अधीन होंगी।
25. All disputes/ legal complaints are subject to jurisdiction of Delhi / सभी विवाद/कानूनी शिकायतें दिल्ली के अधिकार क्षेत्र के अधीन हैं।
26. In case there is any clarifications needed for the translated content, the same may be informed to contests@mygov.in and the Hindi/English content should be referred to. / यदि अनुवादित कंटेंट से संबंधित किसी स्पष्टीकरण की आवश्यकता हो, तो contests@mygov.in पर संपर्क करें और हिंदी/अंग्रेजी कंटेंट देखें।
