General Guidelines
- The students participating as a team for an event should be from the same college and only one member shall register for the whole team.
- The registration fee is Rs. 100/- per participant. For team events, the total amount shall be paid in full
- irrespective of the number of participants.
- Confirmation of registration will be sent to the registered email ID. (Please check ‘spam’, incase it’s not in the inbox)
- There is no limitation to the number of participants from a college but a student can participate in a single event only.
- All the participants are required to submit the college ID card or an authorization letter in its absence (as PDF) as and when required.
- Once registered, team-reorganization is not allowed and the fee will not be refunded.
- Registration closes on 09 February 2022 at 1.00 pm.
The participants are expected to have:
- A fully functional cam-enabled laptop/desktop with basic software and pre-installed applications such as Web browsers, Zoom, Google meet etc.
- Stable net connectivity throughout.
- A WhatsApp account.
- Game instructions and other relevant information shall be communicated to the participants via the registered mobile number/email ID
The participants are expected to:
- Be online at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the event.
- Abide by the rules and regulations of games.
- Communicate in English throughout the game event.
- Respect the privacy of shared content.
- Complete each round within the stipulated time period.
- Consent to verification procedures (display of face, furnishing of ID card etc) as necessary.
- Present/share their screen if requested by the organisers.
- File submission of all kinds (documents/images/audio-video files/PPTs) shall be done in the prescribed format only.
- The decision of Judges/Committee Leads would be final and binding.
- The organising committee reserves all rights to make amendments in the mode of conduct, rules and regulations and the time schedule of events as necessary.
- Resorting to vulgarity, profanity, plagiarism or malpractice of any sort shall lead to immediate disqualification of the team from the contest.
