The Department of Communication at Bangalore University is pleased to announce the distinguished event “Media Sphere – 2024: Metamorphosis of the Indian Media Industry”, which will take place on July 22nd, 2024. This conference represents a watershed event in the department’s Golden Jubilee celebrations, showing its dedication to expanding conversation and innovation in the fields of media and communication. In today’s quickly changing world, India’s media ecosystem is witnessing fundamental shifts as a result of technology breakthroughs, new consumer behaviours, and dynamic regulatory regimes. These shifts create both difficulties and possibilities for media professionals, scholars, and representatives, forcing them to reconsider established tactics and embrace new ways.

Guidelines for Paper Submission
Abstract: Submit a 300-word abstract summarizing objectives, methodology, relevant to the conference theme.
Full Paper: The Length of the paper should not exceed a maximum of 5000 words including Introduction, methodology, results, discussion, conclusion and references. Papers can be submitted in English or Kannada. In Times New Roman, font size 12, single-spaced; Including title page with paper title, author(s)’ name(s), affiliation(s), email address(es), and contact number(s).
