Eligibility: Undergraduate and Post‐Graduate faculties from State and Central Universities/Institute, Affiliated Colleges, Constituent Colleges, Private Colleges, Polytechnic Colleges etc. are eligible.
This course equips the educators with the skills required to design, develop, and deliver impactful blended learning courses by integrating innovative pedagogy with technology. Participants will explore the Moodle LMS functionality for developing blended learning / online courses and create engaging and interactive learning experience using Open Educational Resources (OER) and H5P authoring tool. Through hands-on practice, they will design courses that seamlessly blend the best practices of face-to-face and online learning to enhance student engagement and outcomes. By the course’s end, participants will be empowered to implement innovative teaching-learning strategies, create dynamic learning experience and provide technology-enabled learning solutions tailored to diverse students.

Course Instructor: Dr. Indira Koneru
Dr. Indira Koneru is an International eLearning Consultant and Former Associate Dean & Head of eLearning Department, ICFAI Business School (IBS), India. As the Head, she managed the eLearning Department for 7 IBS Campuses and provided eLearning training and support to the ICFAI group of institutions for 11 years. As a Resource Person, she trains educators at various academic institutions in India, Bangladesh, Malaysia, Maldives, Mauritius on Moodle, OER, MOOCs, Blended Learning, Learning Design, eAssessment, Pressbooks, EdTech tools etc. She is the domain expert for IIT Bombay Spoken Tutorials on Moodle.
Outcomes of the Program
By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
- Design and develop blended / online courses, utilizing Moodle LMS functionality
- Source, adapt, and integrate OER into blended learning courses
- Develop interactive content using H5P authoring tool for enriched learning experience
- Create formative and summative assessments and group activities, including assignment, rubrics and quizzes
- Track learner engagement and performance to alert and provide timely feedback
- Create and award digital badges to recognize learner achievements
- Evaluate the overall learnability and effectiveness of blended learning courses
Guidelines for Participants:
- All participants should register on the Malaviya Mission Teacher Training portal [https://mmc.ugc.ac.in]
- The sessions will be provided in online mode. You are required to have access to a laptop and Internet connection.
- There will be an online assessment test in the form of MCQs.
- Each participant needs to actively participate in all the sessions.
- An online certificate will be issued to those who have successfully participated in the 6-day programme and qualified in the assessment test.

- Fill up all the mandatory details asked, Upload NOC (No Objection Certificate). NOC can be signed by the participant Himself/Herself or can be issued by the HOD or institution.
