The main aim of the program is to provide exposure to these faculty members to the latest advances in the subject, to get acquainted with the scientific tools and techniques to conduct research, and bring excellence to their works. This capacity-building program has three important dimensions: improving teaching skills, understanding the advancements in theory and empirics, and developing research capabilities. We give utmost preference to faculty members in their early careers and young professionals. Through this program, we help them to get familiarized with the quality research and methodological approaches for the teaching-learning process.
