As part of the ongoing Webinar Series by the Social Data Science & Policy Department, Amrita School of Social & Behavioural Sciences, we are excited to welcome you to the 2nd dialogue. For this event, we will be joined by:

Dr. Chagun Basha, Chief Policy Adviser, Policy Analytics and Insights Unit, Office of Principal Scientific Adviser to the Government of India. His work is organized around 3 verticals: STI Data, Policy and Diplomacy. Previously, he was with Department of Science & Technology (Government of India) – Centre for Policy Research (DST-CPR) at the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore.

Dr. Nanditha Mathew, Researcher and Faculty, UN University – MERIT, the Netherlands. An Economics expert, she was previously a consultant for the United Nations Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (UN-ECLAC) and the International Labour Organization (ILO).

Mr. Raj Mahalingam, Supply Chain Data Scientist, Intel Corporation Global Supply Chain Operations. With over 8+ years of Industry experience, his work includes developing human capital and to bridge the gap in Artificial Intelligence, machine learning and data science between academic and Industry, and about technologies for social good.
