- Professor: 05 Posts
- Associate Professor: 08 Posts
- Assistant Professor: 13 Posts
Departments: Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Marketing, Economics, Finance and Accounts, HR/OB.
- Eligibility: PG, Ph.D. in relevant discipline with teaching experience.
- Age Limit: 35 years for Assistant Professor, 45 years for Associate Professor, 50 years for Professor post.
- Application Fee: Rs.1000. No application fee is required for SC/ ST/ PwBDs category and Women & transgender candidates.
- Application Procedure: Through Online.
- Last date of application: 30-06-2024.
General Conditions
- A non-refundable Application Fee of ₹1000/- + GST is required to be paid online for male candidates belonging to Gen/ EWS / OBCs categories. No application fee is required for SC/ST/PwBDs category and Women & Transgender candidates. The application fee is to be paid through the payment gateway.
- Applicants who are employed in Government, Semi-Government Organisations or Institutions/ autonomous bodies should send their application THROUGH PROPER CHANNEL or a NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE from the employer should be produced by the applicant at the time of the interview.
- The age on the closing day of the advertisement will be reckoned for further process.
- All supporting documents provided and the application form must bear full name and signature of the candidate on each page at the bottom.
- GSV reserves the right to summarily reject the incomplete applications and also, to reject any or all applications without assigning any reason.
- GSV reserves the right to waive/relax any conditions.
- Selection will be based on interview and only the shortlisted candidates will be intimated of the date, time and mode of the interview.
- Candidates applying for more than one position or for positions in multiple disciplines are required to fill-in separate applications solely through online mode.
- The candidate is responsible for the correctness of the information provided in the application form. If it is found at a later stage that any information given in the form is incorrect/false, the candidature/appointment is liable to be cancelled/terminated.
- Merely fulfilling the eligibility criteria does not entitle a candidate to be shortlisted. GSV may decide higher criteria/ cut off for shortlisting (than prescribed).
- Outstation candidates called for interview shall be reimbursed travel expenses from the place of residence to the place of interview (Vadodara) and back (by the shortest route) as per instruction in the call letter, on production of tickets/invoice etc.
- No interim correspondence will be entertained. Canvassing in any form shall lead to automatic disqualification.
- GSV reserves the right not to fill up any / all position(s) / select any candidate without assigning any reason.
