ICSSR invites proposals from Indian scholars/ researchers/ academicians for projects of short-term duration (6 months) on select schemes and policy initiatives in both social and economic sectors. A rigorous assessment of the reach and socio-economic impact of the specific scheme/policy initiative is expected to be carried out. These studies will be based on field work focused on a specific geographical region, which may be an urban, semi-urban or rural area.
Details of the Applications
The proposed study is required to assess the reach and socio-economic impact of the specific scheme/policy initiative listed in the guidelines.
Applicants must apply in accordance with the ICSSR Guidelines.
- Applications received online through the ICSSR website will only be accepted. ICSSR will enable the online application form on June 26, 2023. However, sample form is enclosed for preparation.
The candidates need to upload the documents mentioned in the Application Form.
All scholars are required to send the hard copies of their duly filled application and annexures, forwarded by the Competent Authorities of the affiliating institution, within 10 days of the last date of submission of application form to In-charge, Research Project Division, Indian Council of Social Science Research, Aruna Asaf Ali Marg, New Delhi – 110 067.
