- Number of Positions: 1
- Duration: 1 month (On-site for the initial 15 days, remote work possible thereafter)

About the Project
We are conducting a study to understand the perceptions of “Women’s Empowerment” among rural women engaged in agriculture as part of our project: “Enhancing Women’s Entrepreneurship, Empowerment, and Resilience through Collectives”.
- Responsibilities: Assist in data collection through interviews and Focus Group Discussions (FGDs).
- Generate interview transcripts from Telugu to English.
- Location of the Study:
- The study will take place in two locations near Pulivendula in YSR Kadapa District, Andhra Pradesh. (Accommodation can be provided at Pulivendula)
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Female candidate only.
- Holds or is pursuing a bachelor’s/master’s degree in social sciences or an allied field.
- Proficient in Telugu and English (both written and spoken)
- Prior experience conducting interviews in rural areas is preferred but not mandatory.
