Session by Dr. Ester Omella Claparols is the Head of Territorial Planning and Quality Library Service at Diputació de Barcelona, Spain. She is responsible for the design and execution of the Library and Mobile Library Plan, and its Financing programs, as well as the implementation of the Institutional Library Model, recently empowered by UNESCO, based on innovation in services, and focusing on a library focused on people, on the co-creation and generation of knowledge, and on community work, for the transformation of the environment and societies.
