About the Programme
Our Research Mentorship Programme aims to provide aspiring researchers with the necessary skills, knowledge, and support to excel in academia, research, or related fields. Through a structured framework of mentorship, training workshops, research projects, and networking events, participants will have the opportunity to deepen their understanding of key concepts in entrepreneurship, social entrepreneurship, and family business, while also gaining practical research experience.
Position Overview:
As a Research Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting research projects, conducting literature reviews, collecting and analyzing data, and preparing research outputs for publication. You will work closely with experienced professors, mentors, and fellow researchers from IIT Delhi, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, University of Delhi, New Delhi & Birla Institute of Technology Mersa, Off-campus Noida. you will be attending training workshops and seminars, and collaborating on research activities aimed at advancing knowledge and understanding in your field of interest.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting literature reviews to identify relevant research articles, theories, and frameworks.
- Assisting in data collection, analysis, and interpretation for research projects.
- Contributing to the preparation of research reports, presentations, and manuscripts for publication.
- Engaging with mentors and peers to seek guidance and feedback on research activities.
- Adhering to program guidelines, timelines, and expectations outlined by program coordinators.
Qualifications: We are seeking candidates who are currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in a relevant field such as business, entrepreneurship, social sciences, or related disciplines. Strong interest in research, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively are essential. Prior research experience or coursework in research methods or data analysis is desirable but not required.
Duration and Commitment: This internship position is full-time work from home & part-time and typically lasts for a duration of 3 to 6 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and project needs. Interns are expected to commit approximately 10 to 20 hours per week to their research activities, including meetings, workshops, and project work.
