- Qualifications: BSW/MSW other qualifications are also encouraged to apply
- *Location: Annasalai office location (Chennai, Coimbatore, Madurai, Trichy)

About Project: College based program – Empowering Fresher , Graduates to Get trained and Take up job.
- MOBILIZATION OFFICER: connecting college Managements for the Program
- Bike is mandate
- Salary: 18k to 20k , should be willing to travel when needed to college management
- Education: any Degree / Other with Experience , can be Fresher but recruitment will be done based on Observation.
- TRAINING OFFICER: deliver a quality Life skill session Modules given by the Organization and Empower youths to take up jobs for Fresher
- Salary 25k to 27k
- PLACEMENT OFFICER: Support job placement for the Trained youths , need to get connected with New employer and build connect with Existing employer and Fill the placement process to youths.
- 100% Free placements only need to be done , Bike is mandate
- Salary 27k to 30k. should be ready to Travel
- PROFILING EXECUTIVE: update youth details in portal and ensure the Right documents are been updated
- Salary 17k to 19k
