Educational Qualification/Eligibility:
- (i) A Master’s degree with high second class in any social science discipline from a recognized University or equivalent qualification;
- (ii) At least 3 years’ experience in teaching, research in social science area and /or 3 years of experience of research administration in a reputed organisation;
- (iii) Computer literacy is desirable.

- Level & Pay range as per 7th CPC:
- In case of retired government employee: Fixed Monthly amount arrived at by deducting basic pension form the pay drawn at the time of retirement. The amount of remuneration so fixed shall remain unchanged for the term of the contract. No increment, D.A., HRA etc. shall be payable however transport allowance as per rules shall be payable.
- In case of Legal Professionals from Open Market: Working knowledge of Computer applications- ₹ 60,000/- p.m. (Consolidated)
Educational Qualification/Eligibility
- (i) Having Master’s Degree/Bachelor’s Degree of Law from a recognized University or Institute in India, recognized by the bar Council of India; OR Retired Deputy Secretary, Under Secretary, Deputy Director from Government of India, Autonomous Bodies/ Central universities etc. The applicant should have good knowledge of matters relating to service rules, RTI, Court (preparation of counter affidavit), Audit paras etc.
- (ii) Should have experience in drafting of counter affidavit (CA) written statement, Analytical examination of cases related to service matters and knowledge of GoI rules on the subjects.
- (iii) Having working knowledge of computer applications.

- Level & Pay range as per 7th CPC: Fixed Monthly amount arrived at by deducting basic pension from the pay drawn at the time of retirement. The amount of remuneration so fixed shall remain unchanged for the term of the contract. No increment, D.A., HRA etc. shall be payable, however, transport allowance as per rules shall be payable.
Educational Qualification/Eligibility
- (i) Retired officials from CAG/ Central Secretariat/ Ministry of Finance , Govt. of India or Autonomous Bodies / Central Universities etc. The applicant should be well versed in Governmental accounting.
- (ii) Should be well versed in audit procedure, Central Govt. Rules such as FR, SR and GFR etc.
- (iii)Having working knowledge of computer applications and well versed with latest version of financial budgeting/accounting
