About the Programme
The global Aspire Leaders Programme is a fully funded 14-week online leadership programme offered by the Aspire Institute. It has been designed to help students unlock their potential and become well-rounded professionals.

Eligibility:
This program is open for students within the age group of 18-29 years. The annual household income of the applicants should be less than ₹8,00,000. Only first-generation learners are eligible to apply for the program. Participants who have enrolled in or completed an undergraduate program in the last three years can apply. Applicants must have an intermediate level of proficiency in English.

Live Interactive Masterclasses: Virtual sessions led by renowned faculty members from Harvard and other world-class institutions.
Certificate of Completion: Upon successful completion of each module, the participants will receive a certification of completion. A participant will receive 3 certificates in total if they complete the 3 modules.
Grant and Mentorship Opportunities: Seed funding of ₹85,000 will help students take risks and start initiatives that might positively impact social impact in their community or region. To avail of this seed funding, students will have to submit a project proposal.
- Community Action awards up to ₹8,50,000.

About Aspire Institute
The Aspire Institute, an independent non-profit organization, started as a program under the Mittal South Asia Institute at Harvard University in 2017. Founded by two Harvard Business School professors, Dr. Tarun Khanna and Dr. Karim Lakhani, it spun off from Harvard in 2022 with a vision to help every young person achieve their full potential and contribute their leadership and talents to build thriving communities.
