- Programme Manager- CSR
- Location: Gurgaon (with at least 70% Field travel)
- Reporting to: Head CSR
- Experience: 5- 8 Years
- Salary range: 60,000 per month CTC
RESPONSIBILITIES: Manager will have 70% field travelling and coordinating with the ground team and different stakeholders.
The key responsibilities of the Job include
- Ensure the growth and progress of specific cluster based Program (Dairy/ Footwear/ Sportsgood/ Kirana/ Savories)
- Hire and build capacities of cluster based staff and implement the program at the ground level
- Interact with various stakeholders involving government bodies, private sector companies, etc. to enhance the CSR program
- Create linkages, find new markets for our micro enterprises, through desk and field level explorations
Experience / Educational Qualifications
- Minimum 5-8 years of work experience in Entrepreneurship and livelihoods sector in CSR projects, NGO or other corporate.
- Experience of working in Livelihoods, enhancements in sectors like- Dairy OR other small micro enterprises including footwear enterprises, Sports goods manufacturers, clusters, etc.
- Experience with leading and successful execution of CSR projects covering multiple states.
- Post Graduate/ MSW / MBA (marketing) from a leading educational institute
- Well versed in MS Word, MS PPT, MS-Excel and use of social digital media.
- Good communication and report writing skills in English and Hindi
