Apply if you have:
- A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Education, or any other field related to social sciences.
- Proven experience of 4 to 7 years in project management within the education and development sectors.
- Familiarity with the National Education Policy 2020 and initiatives related to Foundational Literacy and Numeracy.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct regular assessments of teaching methodologies and student learning outcomes, employing data-driven approaches to identify areas for improvement and inform instructional interventions.
- Facilitate professional development opportunities for teachers, equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality instruction and assessments aligned with educational standards and policies.
Systematically gather data on project implementation at the field level, focusing on educational interventions such as curriculum development, teacher training, and student engagement, using specified policies and frameworks.
- Document programme activities through photographs, capturing key milestones and achievements related to literacy and numeracy advancements.
- Prepare monthly reports summarising the progress of educational initiatives on the ground, including insights on challenges encountered and strategies for improvement, while adhering to the guidelines outlined in the National Education Policy 2020.
