About part time job/internship
Important: This is a 100% work-from-home role, however, do not apply if you are not from the above-mentioned or nearby locations.
Are you intrigued by the idea of building a vibrant community using effective marketing strategies? Are you looking for the right platform to hone your skills while making a meaningful impact on society?
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to achieve community growth and engagement
- Recruit new members, develop strategies to attract and retain them, and grow the overall community size
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms
- Lead a team of dedicated youth leaders, providing training and externship opportunities to foster their professional growth
- Attend up to 2 daily stand-ups online of 15-20 mins each on Google Meet with progress updates

Other requirements
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for empowering others

- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse and dynamic environment
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field (preferred)

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 12000 per performance).
