ASCI works towards capacity building by bridging gaps and upgrading skills of farmers, wage workers, self-employed & extension workers engaged in organized / unorganized segments of Agriculture & Allied Sectors.

HIRING REGIONAL MANAGER – SOUTH
JOB LOCATION – BENGALURU
- Salary: Around 10 Lakhs plus medical insurance and Gratuity-For first 3 months’ managers would have to operate out of ASCI- Head Office
- The Post Graduates from IRMA, MANAGE, IIPMB, NIAM, VAMNICOM, NAARM would be preferred
Job Purpose
- To develop, implement, and manage State partnership strategy to fulfill ASCI’s strategic and fundraising objectives.
- To expand targeted new partnerships and manage day-to-day relationships for corporate partnerships.
- To Monitor training, plan, develop, and undertake CSR Projects proposals, and organize special events related to regional engagements.
Experience: Minimum of 7 Years of experience and having worked on large projects with an in depth demonstrated understanding of skill development in agriculture.
Educational Qualification: MBA/Post Graduates in Agri Business/ Rural management or Post Graduate in Agriculture/ Agriculture Engineering/ Social Management with prior graduation in Agriculture/Horticulture/Dairy/Forestry.
