About the Theme

MNCs are huge organizations with multiple departments/ divisions and they are in to business of goods and services. Management style is determined by the company’s size and culture. Board of Directors (BoD) & Corporate Governance plays an important role in company’s operations.
The management of a corporation is usually divided into various divisions or functions. The President or Chief Executive Officer, Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Information Officer, and Chief Operating Officer are top management positions. Each Executive has a management team that is committed for its function.

An organizational chart can be created by a company to share among its stake holders about the company’s management structure. The corporate management process includes multiple layers of decision making. Routine Decision are made in a variety of ways, and one person cannot make all of them in a timely manner. Practicing a centralized or decentralized management style allows businesses to create a conducive environment.

When employees grasp the corporate management style, they are usually more productive and comfortable in their positions. Companies may use outside consultants to assist them establish their management style as they grow and expand. These professionals provide firms with an objective assessment of their current management structure and recommend how to improve the company’s management style. Members of the board of directors would be able to make suggestions on the current management style.

The purpose of this book is to present corporate management theory and practice. The best practices of Corporate management were limited to a few organizations. This book offers some useful ideas for incorporating corporate management in a company

Submission Guidelines

Manuscripts:

The manuscript should be of 3000 -4000 words (8-10, A-4 size pages, typed double space and 12-point font). Microsoft Word for windows and WordPerfect are the preferred software for submission. The cover page should bear the following:

The title of the paper Author’s name(s) Designation(s) Official Address Contact details (phone/-fax numbers/e-mail id The author’s name should not appear anywhere on the body of the manuscript in order to facilitate the review process.

Abstract:

Submit the abstract in approximately 150-200 words. Pl. send the brief profile of the authors on a separate sheet.

Tables and Figures:

All tables, graphs, and charts should be drawn clearly and legibly and prepared on separate sheets. They should be numbered continuously in Arabic numerals. However, such exhibits should be kept to the minimum. The Tables and the figures should be titled and numbered as Fig.1:___; Fig.2:____; Table 1___:, Table 2___: and so on. The Footnotes, italics and quote marks should be kept to the minimum. The title of the table should be clear, concise and self-explanatory. For e.g., an appropriate title would be “Varables for Studying the Determinants of Employee Satisfaction”.

References

The References should be given as follows: Johnston, M. W., & Marshall, G. W. (2009).Sales Force Management (9th ed.).New York: McGraw-Hill Companies. All References should be alphabetically arranged.

The authors have the autonomy to use Italicization and diacriticals. However, its usage must be consistent. When not using diacriticals, English spelling must be used

Acknowledgement

Author(s) declare that the work described in the paper is original and no part of it has been copied or taken from other sources without necessary permissions. Author/Authors must send acknowledgment for Manuscript/paper has not been published anywhere in any form of publication (in any language) and not presently under consideration for publication/presentation
anywhere in form of publication.

Plagiarism

The plagiarism should be less than 10%. Author(s) shall be sole responsible for plagiarism detected in there paper. The chapter/paper contains no statement which is defamatory, abusive or is in violation of any existing law.

Declaration

All view and Opinion expressed in book are the sole responsibility of author concerned, Neither
the Editors or nor the Publisher can in anyway, be held responsible for them

Submission Process

Only electronic submission of manuscripts will be accepted. Full length paper has to be submit through the mail.

Selection Process

  • Checking Plagiarism using turnitin Software (Less than 10% is considered for review, acceptance and publication)
  • The rich editorial board and review committee of Bharti Publications shall undergo the Review Process of the chapters /Research papers/Case Studies.
  • After the review we notify acceptance or suggested change to the concern author.
