This book aims to provide a comprehensive analysis of the key features of Outcome-Based Education (OBE) and how it aligns with the NEP 2020 in India, as well as exploring the global perspectives on OBE.
The book will delve into critical issues related to OBE, such as the conceptual framework, curriculum design, assessment, and quality assurance mechanisms.
Call for Chapters
We welcome chapter proposals that address a variety of topics, including but not limited to conceptual framework and implementation strategies of OBE, curriculum design, assessment and evaluation, quality assurance mechanisms, best practices and case studies of Outcome-Based Education in India, and the intersection of OBE with the National Education Policy 2020.
The publication charge for the book is free, and we are happy to provide you with a copy of the book for a fee of IRS 1250 for a single copy and IRS 500 for additional copies within India. Standard Shipping Charges will be applicable to overseas writers.
Send your chapter, which should be between 2000-2500 words, along with a short bio-note of 100-150 words, to the editor(s) at [editoraijess@gmail.com] by 21 April 2023. We welcome original and unpublished work, and all contributions will be subject to a rigorous peer-review process.
Selected writers will be invited to present their papers (optional) in the NAAC sponsored national Seminar scheduled to be organised in the last week of April 2023.
