Targeted Participants: The expected group of participants will be faculty of State institute of Rural Development (SIRDs), Regional Institute of Rural Development (RIRDs), Extension Training Institute (ETCs) and District Institute of Rural Development (DIRDs). Panchayati Raj Training Institutions and Master
Trainers of different flag ship programmes in the development sector.
Training Methods: The programme is designed to conduct at NERC. Efforts will be done to make the programme more participatory and interactive though question- answer, quizzes etc.

Only those officials should be nominated who have sufficientyears of service to render institute and should be below age 56 years.
Those who have already attained training programme on training methodology may be avoided from nomination again. Nomination should reach to the address of Course Director as given below on or before to the last date as mentioned above.
