Water is a precious resource, vital for all life forms on Earth. The Jal Jeevan Mission: Har Ghar Jal is a significant initiative by the Government of India aimed at providing safe and adequate drinking water to every rural household. To spread awareness and engage citizens in this mission, an online quiz competition ‘Har Ghar Jal Quiz’ is being hosted by National Jal Jeevan Mission: Har Ghar Jal under Department of Drinking Water & Sanitation, Ministry of Jal Shakti, Government of India on the MyGov platform. This competition aims to educate participants about the various aspects of Jal Jeevan Mission, importance of judicious use of water, water quality, progress of the Jal Jeevan Mission, and related matters.

Terms and Conditions
1) Entry to the Quiz is open to all Indian citizens. / प्रश्नोत्तरी में प्रवेश सभी भारतीय नागरिकों के लिए खुला है।
2) This is a timed quiz with 10 questions to be answered within the stipulated time. / यह एक समयबद्ध प्रश्नोत्तरी है जिसमें 10 प्रश्नों का उत्तर निर्धारित समय के भीतर देना होता है।
3) The quiz will be available in English & Hindi languages.
4) The viewers can answer these questions by visiting the Government of India website https://quiz.mygov.in/quiz / दर्शक इन सवालों का जवाब भारत सरकार की वेबसाइट https://quiz.mygov.in/quiz पर जाकर दे सकते हैं।
5) DDWS, MyGov, PHED/ PWS employees and their relatives are debarred from participating in this quiz. / डी.डी.डब्ल्यू.एस., MyGov, पी.एच.ई.डी/ पी.डब्ल्यू.एस. कर्मचारियों और उनके रिश्तेदार को इस प्रश्नोत्तरी में भाग लेने कीअनुमति नहीं है ।
6) The organiser’s decision on the Quiz shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the same. / प्रश्नोत्तरी पर आयोजक का निर्णय अंतिम और बाध्यकारी होगा और इसके संबंध में कोई पत्राचार नहीं किया जाएगा।
7) A person can participate only once in this quiz. / एक व्यक्ति इस प्रश्नोत्तरी में केवल एक बार भाग ले सकता है।
8) The participants will be required to provide their name, email address, telephone number, and postal address. By submitting contact details, the participant will give consent to these details being used for the Quiz and also for receiving promotional content. / प्रतिभागियों को अपना नाम, ईमेल पता, टेलीफोन नंबर और डाक पता देना होगा। संपर्क विवरण जमा करके, प्रतिभागी प्रश्नोत्तरी के लिए उपयोग किए जा रहे इन विवरणों और प्रचार सामग्री प्राप्त करने के लिए भी सहमति देगा।
9) The quiz will start as soon as the participant clicks the Start Quiz button. / जैसे ही प्रतिभागी स्टार्ट क्विज बटन पर क्लिक करेगा, क्विज शुरू हो जाएगी।
10) Once submitted an entry cannot be withdrawn. / एक बार जमा करने के बाद प्रविष्टि वापस नहीं ली जा सकती है।

12) In the event of unforeseen circumstances, organisers reserve the right to amend or withdraw the Quiz at any time. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes the right to amend these terms and conditions. / अप्रत्याशित परिस्थितियों की स्थिति में, आयोजकों के पास किसी भी समय प्रश्नोत्तरी में संशोधन करने या वापस लेने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रहता है। संदेह से बचने के लिए, इसमें इन नियमों और शर्तों में संशोधन करने का अधिकार शामिल है।
13) Organisers reserve all rights to disqualify or refuse participation to any participant if they deem participation or association of any participant which is detrimental to the Quiz or the Organisers or partners of the Quiz. The registrations shall be void if the information received by the Organisers is illegible, incomplete. / आयोजकों के पास किसी भी प्रतिभागी को अयोग्य घोषित करने या भाग लेने से इनकार करने के सभी अधिकार सुरक्षित हैं यदि वे किसी भी प्रतिभागी की भागीदारी या संघ को क्विज़ या आयोजकों या क्विज़ के भागीदारों के लिए हानिकारक मानते हैं। यदि आयोजकों द्वारा प्राप्त जानकारी अवैध, अधूरी है तो पंजीकरण रद्द हो जाएगा।
14) All disputes/ legal complaints are subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi only. Expenses incurred for this purpose will be borne by the parties themselves. / सभी विवाद/कानूनी शिकायतें केवल दिल्ली के अधिकार क्षेत्र के अधीन हैं। इस उद्देश्य के लिए किए गए खर्च पक्षों द्वारा स्वयं वहन किए जाएंगे।
15) The Ministry of Jal Shakti will disburse the winning amount/ rewards to the selected winner(s). / जल शक्ति मंत्रालय चयनित विजेताओं को जीतने की राशि/पुरस्कार वितरित करेगा।
16) By entering the Quiz, the Participant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, mentioned above. / प्रश्नोत्तरी में प्रवेश करके, प्रतिभागी ऊपर उल्लिखित इन नियमों और शर्तों से बाध्य होने के लिए स्वीकार करता है और सहमत होता है।
