Commemorating 75th year of India as Republic is a historical moment that earmarks the day on which India adopted its Constitution, the fundamental law of the land. On this occasion, it is important we organize a quiz with the theme titled “Quiz Samvidhan” for citizens which would not only familiarize and educate but at the same time test their knowledge of constitutional principles, key facts about the making of the Constitution, fundamental rights and fundamental duties, insights into the structure and functioning of the three organs of the State – Executive, Judiciary and Legislature etc. This informative and engaging quiz is available in both English and Hindi, ensuring accessibility for a wider audience.

During this quiz, top 1000 entries would be selected who would give the highest correct answers in minimum time. These 1000 winners would be given Rs 1000 each at the end of the competition. The top three entries will be duly acknowledged by Department of Justice.
Terms and Conditions
1. Entry to the Quiz is open to all Indian citizens/ क्विज़ में प्रवेश सभी भारतीय नागरिकों के लिए खुला है।
2. This is a timed quiz with 20 questions to be answered in 5mins (300s) / यह एक समयबद्ध क्विज़ है जिसमें 20 प्रश्नों के उत्तर 5 mins (300 seconds) देने हैं।
3. The participants who fetch the maximum number of correct answers in the minimum time will be declared the winner. In case of tie, consideration would be given to person who scores in less time. In case of tie in both score and duration, the one attempted earlier will be considered/ न्यूनतम समय में अधिकतम सही उत्तर प्राप्त करने वाले प्रतिभागियों को विजेता घोषित किया जाएगा। बराबरी के मामले में, कम समय में स्कोर करने वाले व्यक्ति पर विचार किया जाएगा। स्कोर और अवधि दोनों में समान होने की स्थिति में, पहले प्रयास करने वाले व्यक्ति का चयन किया जाएगा
4. The organizer’s decision on the Quiz shall be final and binding/ क्विज़ पर आयोजकों का निर्णय अंतिम और बाध्यकारी होगा।
5. Multiple entries from the same participant will not be accepted. / एक ही प्रतिभागी की एक से अधिक प्रविष्टियां स्वीकार नहीं की जाएंगी।
6. You will be required to provide your name, email address, telephone number, and postal address. By submitting your contact details, you will give consent to these details being used for the purpose of the Quiz/ आपको अपना नाम, ईमेल पता, टेलीफोन नंबर और डाक पता प्रदान करना आवश्यक होगा। अपना संपर्क विवरण जमा करके, आप क्विज़ के प्रयोजन के लिए इन विवरणों का उपयोग करने के लिए सहमति देंगे
7. There will be no negative marking/ कोई नेगेटिव मार्किंग नहीं होगी।
8. The quiz will start as soon as the participant clicks the Start Quiz button/ जैसे ही प्रतिभागी स्टार्ट क्विज़ बटन पर क्लिक करेगा, क्विज़ शुरू हो जाएगा।
9. Organizers will not accept any responsibility for entries that are lost, are late or incomplete or have not been transmitted due to computer error or any other error beyond the organizer’s reasonable control. 10. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, organizers reserve the right to amend or withdraw the Quiz at any time. For the avoidance of doubt this includes the right to amend these terms and conditions/अप्रत्याशित परिस्थितियों की स्थिति में, आयोजक किसी भी समय क्विज़ में संशोधन करने या वापस
11. All disputes/ legal complaints are subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi only. Expenses incurred for this purpose will be borne by the parties themselves. / सभी विवाद/कानूनी शिकायतें केवल दिल्ली के अधिकार क्षेत्र के अधीन हैं। इस उद्देश्य के लिए किए गए खर्च पक्षों द्वारा स्वयं वहन किए जाएंगे।
12. The Ministry of Law and Justice will disburse the winning amount/ rewards to the selected winner(s). / विधि और न्याय मंत्रालय चयनित विजेताओं को विजेता राशि/पुरस्कार वितरित करेगा।
13. By entering the Quiz, the Participant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, mentioned above. / प्रश्नोत्तरी में प्रवेश करके, प्रतिभागी ऊपर उल्लिखित इन नियमों और शर्तों से बाध्य होने के लिए स्वीकार करता है और सहमत होता है।
