Resource Person: Dr. Muhammed Rafi OPC, Dr. Muhammed Rafi OPC is an Assistant Professor of Economics and Trade Policy at Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT), New Delhi. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics specialised in international finance from Pondicherry University. Prior to joining IIFT, he was working as Assistant Professor at Dr. B.R. Ambedkar School of Economics University, Bengaluru.
