About the Conference
- When: May 17th, 2024, at the Shooting Hall, A-Block, SGT University, Gurugram
- Open to undergraduate and postgraduate students
This exciting event will be held on Undergraduate and postgraduate students from all universities and colleges are invited to submit research posters electronically by May 15th.
The conference will recognize outstanding research with certificates and cash prizes for the top three posters:
- 1st Prize: ₹5,000
- 2nd Prize: ₹3,000
- 3rd Prize: ₹2,000

- Quality Education and Gender Equality
- Climate Action, Clean Water, and Sanitation
- Decent Work and Economic Growth
- Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions

- Any other themes relevant to Sustainable Development Goals
Guidlines
- Students pursuing undergraduate and postgraduate courses in any discipline are eligible to submit research poster.
- Students should submit the research posters electronically before the deadline and exhibit the printed version on the conference day.
- Create a visually striking and informative poster that showcases your research.
- Present your key findings using clear graphs, charts, and images, aiming for a balance of 40% text and 60% visuals (approximately).
- Maintain a professional look with balanced text and visuals, using large, clear fonts (minimum 24 pt for titles, 18 pt for body text).
- Ensure your poster adheres to the standard research poster sizes
