IIMK LIVE, the incubator and entrepreneurship development centre of IIM Kozhikode is looking for a creative graphic designer or a Digital Marketing agency who can work on a retainership basis to support the digital marketing initiatives of the centre and the startups incubated at the centre. The ideal candidate/agency should have adequate expertise in managing the digital platforms like facebook, twitter and linkedin and also should be able to work on the creative requirements of the centre as well as the startups.
By collaborating with multiple start-ups at the incubation centre, the graphic designer/ agency should be able to take direction from written or spoken ideas and convert them into a design that matches the requirement of the startups incubated at the centre.
- Remuneration: Monthly retainer ship fee of Rs.6000 to Rs.7500
Roles & Responsibilities
For Incubation centre
- Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity.
- Develop concepts by hand or with software, and execute original content determining ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout.
- Managing all social media pages of IIMK LIVE
- Running Digital Campaign for various programs.
- Making posters for all IIMK LIVE Programs like Seed Funding, Incubation, Pre Incubation, accelerator and other programs.
Deliverables -Minimum 7 posters/month & 1 animated videos/month
For startups
- Collaborate with startups incubated at IIMK LIVE to design their social media campaigns, digital creatives and other marketing materials. For the work involved with the startups, the startup will pay the subsidized fees for designs, creatives and campaign management in consultation with IIMK LIVE.
Qualification for the Digital Marketing Expert
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, art, or similar discipline
- Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
- 3+ years’ experience in handling design software, including Illustrator, Photoshop etc
- Proven experience with graphic design, with a strong portfolio of work
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines
- The candidate should have fair knowledge in using tools like Canva, Renderforest.
Qualification for the Digital Marketing Agency
- The agency should be operational for more than 3 years from the Date of Application.
- Should have a team with exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
- Proven experience in managing digital platforms of different clients and maintains a strong portfolio of work.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines
