This event brings together researchers, policymakers, farmers, entrepreneurs, industry representatives, etc. working in the non-bovine animal and dairy produce processing sector to deliberate on its significance such as the use of non-bovine milk as an alternate nutraceutical source for human health and well-being.
There will be a session for Oral and Poster presentations of only selected abstracts that are relevant to the main theme of this event.
