Objectives of the Course
Europe is a culturally plural society having a multiplicity of linguistic, cultural religious and regional diversity Present-day Europe is a cultural and structural product of philosophy and ideals embedded in intellectual and social revolutions. institutions in intellectual and social revolutions, institutions and processes that are distinctively Europeon in nature. Europe is a significant glebol actor and has played an important role in shaping much of the socio-political and economic contours of the contemporary world This course offers an insight into some of the significent domains that are crucial for understanding the geography called Europe. It introduces and offers on overview of the history of Europe, its culture, philosophical revolutions, society, politics, and economic organization. This course aims to understand the crystallization of salient features of social structure and the processes of social and cultural transformation and issues and challenges of multiculturalism in contemporary Europe.
Course Outcome
doing this course the learner will be able to better understand India EU Grelations. Learner will have better understanding of philosophical foundation of art and culture of Europe. Learner will be able to understand Europe as multicultural entity and participate in political and social discourse of India and Europe.
