General Rules
- Participation only by students.
- Participants can take part in any one of the event.
- The Poster, Poetry and Speech should strictly adhere to the theme of Promoting Awareness of Issues faced by girl child in India, such as education, nutrition, child marriage, legal rights, protection, honor and medical care.
- No registration fee.
- Last date for registration and sending the poster, poetry and 1 min video of speech is on or before 22nd January 2024.
- Opportunity to prove your talent.
- Impropriety in any form will not be entertained
- First 3 winners will be announced in the official
- college Instagram page.
- E-Certificates will be provided to all participants.
- Selected entries will be posted on college official page in Instagram. 1 Like = 1 vote.
- Delay in submissions will not be entertained.
- Any entry which shall not be able to gain votes shall not qualify.
- Only one submission per user is allowed.
- Submission using fake accounts, fake likes, etc. will automatically be disqualified

Poster Making
- It is an individual event.
- Posters must be hand made and based on the theme
- Participants can use crayons, watercolors, pencil drawing, acrylic paint and markers.
- The file should be sent in JPG format.
- The file should be renamed in the form of “School name & participant’s full name”
Posters and slogans will be posted in the College official Instagram page on 24th Jan and the results will be posted in this page on 29th Jan.
Poem Writing
- It is an individual event.
- Poem should be original and adhere to the theme.
- It must not be copied from anywhere else.
- The file should be sent in JPG format.
- The file should be renamed in the form of “School name & participant’s full name”
Elocution
- It is an individual event.
- Video duration is 1 minute.
- It can be in Tamil or English on the theme.
- The file should be sent in mp4 format.
- The file should be renamed in the form of “School name & participant’s full name”.
