In this workshop by Nisar Shaikh, we will explore the concept of teacher development groups as an important way for teachers to learn from each other, collaborate and support each other’s professional growth. We will begin by discussing the importance of teacher development groups and explore the different types of teacher development groups that exist. Finally, we will look at some effective activities that can be used in these groups and best practices to form and sustain successful teacher development groups.
