Appointments to the posts will be made in accordance with Section (6) Sub Section (2) of Chapter II of the Kerala University Act,1974, UGC Regulations 2018 and amendments made thereon.

How to Apply
The applicants are required to apply through online mode (www.fmnc.ac.in). They have to submit hard copies of online application along with self-attested copies of the supporting documents, so as to reach the Manager, Fatima Mata National College (Autonomous), Kollam – 691001 on or before 11.11.2023 not later than 4.30 p.m. Submission/addition of any documents after the last date for receipt of applications will not be allowed. Candidature of those who have registered online and failed to submit hard copies of application will be invalidated.
The applicants are required to provide a working email ID and mobile phone number in the application. Since all communications in connection with the recruitment will be sent to the registered email ID and by SMS, the candidates are directed to check their email and SMS periodically

Applicants who are employed should forward the hard copies of application through proper channel or enclose NOC of employer. However, they can send an advance copy directly to ensure timely receipt of application. Late and defective applications will be summarily rejected.
- Applicants who have passed their qualifying examinations from Universities other than University of Kerala should furnish an Eligibility Certificate issued by the University of Kerala, stating that their qualifying degrees issued by other Universities, are recognized by the University of Kerala, along with their application.
- OBC and SC/ST candidates have to produce community certificates issued by competent authorities, for claiming age relaxation.
- Applicants are required to produce sufficient documentary proof in respect of the claims/credentials made in their applications, in respect of the following, along with hard copy, for the same being considered:
- Certificates in respect of UG, PG, M.Phil. and Ph.D. Degrees
- Mark lists of PG, UG and M Phil
- Certificate to prove percentage of marks of PG Degree, where grading system is followed
- NET/JRF/SET Certificate
- Post-Doctoral Research Experience:
(a) International level (b) National level and (c) University level - Journal Publications must be peer reviewed or listed in UGC CARE list.
- Certificate of Teaching Experience (Experience acquired as regular teacher in University Departments/ Government and aided colleges/State and National Institutes will only be counted)
- Awards instituted by Government of India/Science Academies/Govt. of Kerala/Academy Awards in Literature
- Those who claim reservation under PWD category must produce the documentary proof as per existing govt rules and orders
- Any other document in support of claim made by the candidate
Appointment to the teaching post reserved for PWD will be done as per G.O.(Ms) No.242/2022/H.Edn dated 18.05.2022 & University of Kerala order No ACFII/2864/2022/General/UOK dated 22.02.2023 and amendments made thereafter. - The Applicants will be shortlisted in accordance with the provisions contained in the
University - Order No.Ac.FII/General/UGC-R-2018/2019 dated 09.09.2021. The shortlisted applicants will only be called for interview. List of candidates shortlisted for the interview will be uploaded in the website www.fmnc.ac.in
- The Applicants are required to provide documentary support for their claims against each criteria.
- All qualifications/experience/credentials claimed should have been acquired as on the last date of receipt of applications.
- Any addition/corrigendum will be hosted in the college website only. So the applicants are advised to keep in touch with the website for updates.
- Appointments are subjected to concurrence and approval by the Government of Kerala and the University of Kerala.
- The Management of the Institution reserves the right to accept/reject the applications or to re notify the post without assigning any reason.
